How many coats of Flex Seal do I need
To brush or roll: We recommend applying Flex Seal Liquid® in thin even coats. Apply several even coats until the surface has been completely covered and all cracks and holes have been filled, allowing up to 24 hours for each coat to dry.

Is Flex Seal any good
Flex Seal does exactly what it says it will. It provides a rubberized water tight barrier that can be sprayed on and is safe and easy to use. Working with epoxy and testing is a little too dangerous for my liking, but the flex seal worked really well.
